Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew during shifts to ensure smooth operations.

• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Open and close procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks to maintain efficiency during peak times.
• Assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed.
