Job summary

Wingstop is seeking excellent shift leaders to supervise shift operations, ensuring food safety, proper preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. The role includes cashier or cook duties while guiding a team and delivering exceptional guest service.

Primary responsibilities include supervising crew, training teammates, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Delivers outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintains inventory control standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift to ensure food safety, preparation, cleanliness and standards.
• Greet and acknowledge guests, maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
• Open/close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate crew members and coordinate breaks.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and safe.
