Jersey Mike's Subs invites applications for a Shift Leader who supports the management team in daily operations. The role focuses on coaching staff, delivering high-quality food, and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience with strong customer service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of QSR experience, be at least 18, and hold Serve Safe / Food Handler certification. Expect 38–40 hours weekly, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe / Food Handler certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Food Protection Certification - NYC DOHMH required.
