Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience or completion of EPL FSA training after hire.
• Certified on EPL SPECS positions or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts and in the absence of the GM/ASMs.
• Lead opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and cash handling.
• Ensure customer service, speed of service, and QSC standards are met.
• Train and support team members on products and procedures.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with EPL policies.
