El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and act in the absence of management. You will lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service, ensure safety and quality standards, and optimize tasks for peak periods.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory oversight, coaching team members, and maintaining health code compliance. This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of supervisory restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee opening/closing procedures and inventory checks.
• Ensure service speed and cleanliness per standards.
• Supervise breaks and staffing based on sales volume.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and catering orders.
