Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience.
• Leadership experience or readiness for a leadership role.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure each customer has a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality aligns with Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members throughout each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
