Job summary

Jersey Mike's Shoreline is seeking a Shift Leader to help run day-to-day restaurant operations, model positive leadership, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach Crew Members, support training, maintain food quality and safety, and help open/close shifts while upholding Jersey Mike's standards.

Qualifications

• Leads by example with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and excellent customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure every customer has a true "Sub Above" experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality according to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members; assist with training and onboarding.
