Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee all FOH and BOH functions, ensuring a smooth shift. You’ll work with the management team to control food and labor costs, hit sales goals, and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.

Greet guests, handle requests, assist in recruiting and training FOH staff, and supervise team members to meet service standards. This role offers growth within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related food service management experience preferred, or 2 years in other food service roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a polite, friendly approach.
• Recruiting and hiring FOH staff; train and develop team to meet service standards.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant shift operations and labor cost control.
• Increase sales through guest satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Open and close the restaurant using checklists and manage cash deposits.
