Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee all FOH & BOH operations during shifts. You will guide a high-performing team, ensure guest satisfaction, and work with management to control labor and food costs while maintaining health and safety standards.

As a leader on the floor, you will recruit, train, and develop team members, enforce service standards, and resolve guest requests or issues promptly. This role supports our promote-from-within culture and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop FOH staff.
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a courteous, professional attitude.
• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations during the shift.
• Train and develop staff to meet service standards.
• Control labor costs and food costs; monitor inventory and safety compliance.
