Habit Burger & Grill seeks a Shift Leader to oversee FOH & BOH functions, ensuring smooth shifts and an exceptional guest experience. You will work with management on food and labor cost control, sales targets, and strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service management or 2 years in other food service positions.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a polite, friendly manner.
• Handle guest requests and complaints.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring FOH staff.
• Train and develop FOH staff to meet customer service standards.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant shift operations.
• Support in controlling food and labor costs and achieving targets.
• Open and close the restaurant following checklists.
