Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Champlin, MN seeks a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations alongside the General Manager. You’ll own the shift, coach team members, uphold SOPs, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the store’s look and vibe.

Required leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail, ability to work mornings/evenings/weekends, and being 18+ are part of the role. This position offers an engaging, inclusive environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as a Shift Leader
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with an unwavering commitment to Make Fun Happen
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed consistently
• Coach and develop Team Members and provide feedback during shifts
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, store product orders and others as assigned
