Qualifications

• Flexible availability to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, ensuring brand standards and guest connections.
• Coach and train team on duties, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Manage on-shift tasks, cash handling, and inventory with integrity.
• Communicate clearly on the floor and coordinate hand-offs between shifts.
• Uphold store safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop team members and foster an inclusive shift culture.
