Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or properly trained for Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders must maintain flexible availability for different days, times, or shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and uphold brand standards and guest connections.
• Lead shifts with energy, engaging the team and keeping the shift on track.
• Optimize product sales while managing waste in a clean, inviting coffeehouse.
• Communicate deployment details and roles to ensure smooth floor flow.
• Delegate tasks, coach team members, and take ownership of the shift.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, cash handling, and store safety policies.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching on responsibilities, products, and promotions.
• Perform administrative duties such as bank deposits, inventory, and orders.
