Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience or properly trained to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• To support the needs of the business and the team, Shift Leaders may be required to work different days, times, or shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy to keep the team engaged and the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming coffeehouse.
• Knows the deployment for the day and communicates clearly on the floor.
• Delegates objectives and tasks by reading team needs and priorities.
• Owns the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next shift.
• Upholds store standards for quality, cash handling, and safety.
• Coaches and trains the team in-the-moment on responsibilities and promotions.
