You will set shift goals, lead a team, train staff, and handle guest concerns with a focus on safety and quality. You will monitor operations, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with company standards throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes coaching team members, handling inventory, and maintaining high guest satisfaction while ensuring safety and performance benchmarks are met.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing duties are complete
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
• Receive and reconcile truck deliveries and daily inventory counts
