Zaxbys is seeking a Shift Leader at our Georgia locations to manage shift operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee training, safety, and quality while driving performance and a positive culture.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Full-time and part-time roles available, with opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours weekly; Full-time: 32–40 hours weekly.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Adheres to company standards for time punches and local laws.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savviness with required company software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in shift planning, training, and coaching to meet standards.
• Mentor team members and report performance to General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience; resolve complaints politely.
• Maintain positive culture and team morale through recognition.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate staff to meet them.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during shifts.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness meet standards.
• Oversee deliveries, stocking, and daily inventory counts.
• Monitor food production and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
