Dunkin’ is seeking Shift Leaders to be the go-to person on shift, leading by example and delivering top-notch guest service. You’ll help prep food, manage inventory, handle cash, and coach crew members to be their best.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
