Job summary

Jersey Mike's OTown West is hiring a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store. You will coach crew, ensure high-quality food, and deliver an exceptional Jersey Mike’s experience while upholding standards and safety.

The role requires 18+ and preferred QSR experience, with emphasis on fast-paced teamwork, accurate cash handling, and strong communication to drive daily sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer; Serve Safe Certification required.

• Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Cash handling and register accuracy.
• Following the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Developing others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.

• Building sales through exceptional service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
• Effective communication and sense of urgency.
• Lead by example in quality, interaction, and presentation.
• Open/close store duties and lead crew of 2–5 people.
