Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures, coordinate tasks, inventory updates, and deliveries to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure service speed and cleanliness per EPL and health code standards; uphold QSC standards.
• Manage shift staffing, breaks, and productivity; adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and audits; verify catering orders and manage company funds.
