Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering excellent customer service. You will contribute to KPI results, uphold store standards, and support cash handling, replenishment, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.

This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills, with 1+ year of supervisory experience. You may travel between store locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience in retail.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training sales associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures; ensure store is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to policies.
• Maintain professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to drive business.
• Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year as keyholder/supervisor/shift leader in retail.
