Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station, including dough management and portioning.
• Performs station duties, makes quality products, and follows procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant’s product goals.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant.
• Executes cash management duties and inventory use to minimize loss.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
