Job summary

Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability.

You will manage operations, enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance with laws and ethical business practices. The role includes ensuring adequate shift coverage, guiding teammates, maintaining product quality, and contributing to profit goals via the FOCUS System.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and expectations for dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties and follows product procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals.
• Maintains customer service quality and responds to customer needs.
• Follows policies and procedures in the handbook (attendance, safety, etc.).
• Maintains POS and cash handling accuracy; supports inventory management.
