Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Shift Leader in Mankato, MN to partner with the GM/AGM and guide the team through each shift with clear goals, guest connection, and quality standards.

This role coaches team members, ensures SOPs are followed, and manages inventory and tasks to maximize guest satisfaction and store performance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in leadership or customer service, are 18+, and can work mornings/evenings/weekends; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction; My Make Fun Happen.
• Coach and develop Team Members; ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Oversee inventory, deposits, and store product orders as assigned.
• Communicate objectives, delegate tasks, and manage priorities during shifts.
