Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of Team Member responsibilities with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts, keeps energy up, and ensures the shift stays on track.
• Manages sales, waste, and maintains a well‑executed coffeehouse environment.
• Communicates deployment on the floor and delegates tasks as needed.
• Coaches and trains team in role responsibilities, products, promotions, and guest requests.
