Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Duluth, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the store alongside the General Manager. You will supervise the team, ensure brand standards, handle guest interactions, and keep the coffeehouse running smoothly.

You’ll train team members, manage operations during shifts, protect cash handling and safety, and foster a fun, inclusive culture with a focus on hospitality and community. Starting pay ranges from $12.75 to $21.25 per hour with a flexible schedule and growth

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a leadership role or trained to take Shift Leader duties.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and schedules.
• Strong guest service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, ensuring brand standards and guest connections.
• Coach and train team members on roles, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Oversee safe cash handling, inventory, and store operations.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and hand off smoothly between shifts.
• Maintain clean, inviting store environment and reduce waste.
