• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Coach and develop team members during the shift.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and communication on the floor.
• Take ownership for current and following shifts and assist with inventory and deposits.
