Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Little Canada, MN is looking for a Shift Leader to guide the cafe during your shift, uphold brand standards, guest connections, and quality while partnering with the GM/AGM. You’ll lead a team, manage tasks, and ensure smooth hand-offs.

Required: 6+ months in a leadership role or proper training, 18+, and flexible availability. Pay ranges from $12.75 to $21.25 per hour with employee discounts and growth opportunities; Caribou is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a leadership role or properly trained to lead shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Shift Leaders may need to work different days/times based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and brand standards.
• Manage product sales while reducing waste and maintaining a clean, inviting cafe.
• Communicate deployment and roles on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Coach and train team members in responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and orders with integrity.
