Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Minneapolis is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, and connect with guests during the shift.

You will lead the team, train colleagues, manage tasks and inventory, and ensure safe, clean, and welcoming service.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with up to $2.00 more for early openings; MSP parking and transit reimbursements support associates.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and ensure smooth operation.
• Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and guest connections during the shift.
• Manage product sales, waste, and store presentation.
• Assign tasks, delegate objectives, and coordinate with the team on the floor.
• Own the shift hand-offs and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Coach and train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
