The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and in-the-moment training, with a focus on delivering a consistent guest experience and smooth bank deposits, inventory, and orders.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on brand standards, guest connections, and clean store execution.
• Coach and train team on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and recipes.
• Ensure SOPs, quality, cash handling, and store safety standards are followed.
• Perform administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and product orders with integrity.
• Own the Shift Leader duties and ensure smooth hand-offs to the next shift.
• Arrive on time and contribute to the team's success.
