Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience or trained and approved for Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and schedule changes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on brand standards, guest connections, and store cleanliness.
• Coach and train Team Members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and cash handling is accurate.
• Assist with administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Maintain safety and security standards and a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
