The role offers flexible full-time scheduling, comprehensive training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing brand known for its Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. You’ll contribute to a positive culture and strong team performance.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• A people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred).
• Tech-friendly (Google Suite experience a plus).
• A passion for real food and making a real impact.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to get a Food Manager's certification after hire.

Aufgaben

• Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
• Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service.
• Work kitchen and service stations as needed.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor P&L reports and help manage labor/food costs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards.
