Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must meet state Food Safety requirements and pass a Food Safety Certification.

• Able to problem-solve and adapt to busy service periods.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen and handling allergens.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and giving feedback.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count drawers and handle cash using proper procedures.
• Prepare quality sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, and other items efficiently.
• Maintain health and safety standards and cleanliness across areas.
• Restock food lines, chips, and coolers as needed.
• Communicate with customers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support other duties as assigned.
