Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail preferred.
• Must pass and obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a bustling kitchen and handle allergens.
• Stand/walk 8-9 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts with efficient task assignment and feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Restock food line and coolers.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and balance cash.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
