Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and standards met.
• Maintain back-of-house procedures and cash handling accuracy.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Adhere to health, safety, and cleanliness standards; manage restocks.
• Clean and maintain tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and balance cash handling.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
