Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 2 years management experience in either a restaurant or retail environment preferred
• Food Safety requirements and certification needed

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop Potbelly Associates and Shift Leaders
• Interview and hire Associates, Certified Trainers and Shift Leaders
• Develop and maintain a Good Vibes culture
• Schedule Associates, Certified Trainers and Shift Leaders
• Update communication board with shop information
• Attend meetings and ensure security procedures are followed
• Maintain back-of-house standards and cash handling procedures
• Drive neighborhood shop marketing and recruitment efforts
• Assist GM with cost controls and inventories
• Maintain labor goals and health and safety standards
• Handle customer complaints and other duties as assigned
