Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Florence, KY is seeking a Shift Leader to drive the shift, support a team, and grow your leadership career. This full-time role offers starting pay of $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips and paid training.

You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure responsibilities are understood, deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with wash packages, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Promotion from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
