WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader for full-time hours. Starting pay ranges from $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training provided and opportunities for growth within the company.

The role emphasizes leading daily shift operations, ensuring the team understands responsibilities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Outdoor work across shifts, with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualificações

• Leadership and team oversight experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
