Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) in Kentucky to guide daily operations, mentor teammates, and ensure excellent service. The role offers paid training and opportunities to advance into management as part of a fast-growing company.

You’ll lead a team on site, promote safety, and help customers select wash packages while enjoying biweekly tips and a starting pay of $15–$17 per hour. Prior leadership and a positive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
