WhiteWater Express in Cincinnati is hiring a Shift Leader (Full-time) to manage daily operations, mentor a small team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunity for advancement.

You’ll supervise staff, handle opening and closing duties, resolve customer concerns, and help guests select wash packages. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma required.
• Leadership or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Evenings and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure staff understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Help with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
