WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to drive operations across active shifts. The role offers growth potential within a fast-paced team, paid training, and performance-based bonuses as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Flexible shifts are available, and candidates must be ready to lead, support customers, and ensure quality wash services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass background check.

Responsabilités

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with opening/closing.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused environment.
