Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related foodservice management or 2 years in other food service positions.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FOH & BOH operations during a shift to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train and develop FOH staff to meet customer service standards.
• Recruiting and hiring support for FOH staff.
• Maintain food quality, labor costs, and safety compliance.
• Monitor adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Open and close the restaurant using checklists and cash handling procedures.
