Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of shift tasks and team responsibilities with enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts to maintain brand standards, cleanliness, guest connections, and energy.
• Manages deployment of roles, communicates on the floor, and delegates tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Owns the Shift Leader on duty responsibilities and ensures smooth hand-offs between shifts.
• Coaches and trains team members on responsibilities, products, and promotions.
• Performs administrative duties such as cash handling, inventory, and product orders while maintaining integrity.
