Responsabilités

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and service excellence.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure every customer feels a 'Sub Above' moment.
• Prepare fresh subs per Jersey Mike's standards and maintain food quality.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members; assist training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe environment and monitor standards.
