Job summary

Jersey Mike's Nephi is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and foster a high-energy, guest‑focused team. You’ll mentor Crew Members, ensure food is prepared to Jersey Mike's standards, and support management in training and shift execution.

The role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and delivering the Sub Above guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Candidates with restaurant or customer service experience, leadership potential, and a dedication to positive culture

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to coach others.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
Deliver an outstanding guest experience and Jersey Mike's standard.
Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality per standards.
Coach and support Crew Members and assist with training.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards; manage shift execution.
