Job summary

Jersey Mike's Provo is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and deliver the Sub Above experience. You will guide team members, ensure food quality, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

You will train, motivate, and coach Crew Members, open and close shifts, handle customer questions, and support the General Manager. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is valued, with leadership potential encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with the 'Sub Above' standard.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members on shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Oversee shift execution including openings and closings.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and minimizing waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
