Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and customer service excellence.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a "Sub Above" standard.
• Prepare fresh subs per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach and motivate Crew Members; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe restaurant environment and monitor standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening/closing duties.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and waste reduction.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns; support management.
