Jersey Mike's Traverse is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and deliver the exceptional "Sub Above" guest experience. You will lead by example, maintain food quality, and support leadership in training and daily tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes developing team members, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and contributing to a positive culture while driving operational excellence in every shift.

• Lead the team during shifts and demonstrate excellent guest service.
