Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.

• Team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and service.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach crew members to be their best.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding standards.
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions.
