You will assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, and help close and open operations. The role includes training and coaching team members to uphold standards and improve performance.

As a leader, you’ll mentor staff, resolve issues with equipment and ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive culture and consistent operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
