You will coach team members, communicate goals, and model a culture of performance and safety. The role emphasizes leadership, process adherence, and maintaining quality across shifting duties.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory, and ensuring compliance with all guidelines while delivering friendly, efficient service that meets guest expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Receive and reconcile deliveries and manage daily inventory counts.
